At Pixelizt, we strive to provide high-quality digital services for restaurants, including website design, branding, SEO, and digital marketing. As our services involve planning, design, and development, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 7 days of confirming the project and making the initial payment.

  • Once the project has entered the design, development, or implementation phase, cancellation requests may not be accepted, as resources will have already been allocated.

  • Any third-party expenses incurred on your behalf, such as domain registration, hosting, software subscriptions, paid plugins, or other external services, are non-refundable.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if Pixelizt is unable to deliver the agreed services as outlined in the project proposal.

  • No refunds will be provided for completed project milestones or services that have already been delivered and approved by the client.

  • If a refund is approved, the eligible amount will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client, including delays in providing content, images, approvals, feedback, or other required information.


Project Changes


If you feel that the delivered work does not match the agreed project scope, please notify our team within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, where applicable, make reasonable revisions as per the agreed scope of work.
